CloudVertor is the project/website name under which the online tools available on the accessed domain are provided.

Available features
CloudVertor provides online tools for processing, optimizing or transforming files and uploaded content. It currently includes free functionality, and new tools, new formats, optional paid plans and accounts may be added in the future.
Uploads are temporary. Download links and archives are available only during the configured TTL.
We may modify, suspend or limit CloudVertor functionality for maintenance, security, performance or abuse prevention.
Technical limits for file count, size, accepted formats, processing queue and retention period may change over time.
Rights to uploaded files
The user retains the rights to uploaded files and resulting content.
By uploading files, the user grants us a technical, limited, temporary and non-exclusive license to store, process, convert and deliver the requested results.
This license is used strictly for operating CloudVertor and effectively ends when temporary files are deleted according to the TTL.
User responsibility
The user confirms that they have the right to upload and process the submitted files or content.
It is forbidden to upload illegal content, malware, files that infringe third-party rights or content that may affect service security.
It is forbidden to bypass limits, overload infrastructure, perform abusive automation, run unauthorized security testing or use the service to distribute harmful content.
We reserve the right to reject files, limit requests, temporarily block access or delete content that violates these terms or puts CloudVertor at risk.
Limitations
Processing may change file size, metadata, color profiles, perceived quality or other technical characteristics of files.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, identical results in all cases or full preservation of metadata or technical file properties.
CloudVertor is provided "as is" and "as available". The user is responsible for checking results and keeping copies of original files.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited for indirect losses, data loss, interruptions or results that do not meet user expectations.
Future accounts and paid plans
In v1, the main CloudVertor functionality is available without an account. Optional paid plans and accounts may be introduced in the future.
If paid plans are introduced, commercial terms, billing, cancellation and any refunds will be described separately before those features are activated.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Romanian law and, where applicable, European Union law.
CloudVertor may be accessed globally, but it is operated by the entity mentioned above.
